But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children’s children; To such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his commandments to do them.

Today’s Inspiration
Everlasting and unconditional love: nice concepts in theory but very difficult in practice. Not for God. Jesus loved us so much that we literally KILLED Him, He knew that we would, and He STILL loved us. In fact, it was done as a sacrifice so that we could be saved! No mortal love can ever be that strong, but God’s love for us is infinite. Pledge your finite love to Him so that your love can also become eternal in heaven.
Night Prayer
Powerful God! Please hear my prayer! I want to love You and know You better. Forgive my arrogance and flippant use of the word love. I often say the word love when I do not truly mean it, diminishing the value and underappreciating Your love for me. I am far from perfect, O Lord, but I know that You are. Help me to remember Your commandments and keep them, so that I may have eternal love for You in heaven. In Your holy name I pray, Amen.
